Downtown Johnson City was alive with activity Saturday afternoon during the closing day of the Blue Plum Festival 2002.
Music and the smell of cooking food filled the air along a closed-down section of East Main Street as thousands, four to five times the original estimates, flocked downtown this weekend to take in the sights and sounds.
